About the HR Coach Research Institute
The STAR Workplace benchmarking system was devised following extensive research conducted by the HR Coach Research Institute on why strategy happens in some organisations and why in others it doesn’t. This led to the development of the HR Coach Strategic Action Framework.
Your HR Coach helps you to communicate the links between strategy and action with your team in relation to your STAR Workplace results so that you can explore your needs in a way that is objective, thereby gaining employee involvement in growing your business.
