HR Coach, Rob Clark from GR8 HR Solutions was invited as a key member of their team to attend the awards. Over the last twelve months Rob has developed a fantastic relationship with the owners & staff since completing their initial STAR Workplace in October 2008. The initiatives implemented has resulted happy employees, improved financial results and the Rouse Hill Times Business Achiever Award. The company and the employees have openly embraced all the changes and have managed to reap the benefits of their efforts, with the busiest period of the year ahead and the company poised to enjoy a record summer of success as a result of the employees ability to adapt and embrace the changes we have proposed over the past 12 months.
