HR Coach will continue to develop meaningful services for you via our web site. We may have links to other sites which are beyond our control. We cannot vouch for the privacy policy and practice of these non HR Coach sites.
Order Processing
All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. The ordering process consists of us obtaining your contact information including name and address, financial information such as payment method so that we can provide registration details and invoice procedures. As part of this process and ongoing support, we may contact you using your details so we can resolve issues and provide service in a proactive manner. HR Coach cannot provide refunds for survey products purchased via the web. In the event that you have any queries regarding your purchase HR Coach will work with you to resolve any issues and is fully compliant with your legals rights. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

As we develop new and improved business solutions, we will notify you of these services and any offer. You can contact us if you do not wish to receive this information.
Protecting your Information
The team at HR Coach understand the importance of your privacy and confidentiality. We have policies, procedures and training to reinforce this as a business priority. If you are provided with a password or registration code, it will be your responsibility to keep your username and password secret so that they cannot be used by anyone else.
