HR Coach Research Institute

The STAR Workplace benchmarking system was devised following extensive research conducted by the HR Coach Research Institute on why strategy happens in some organisations and why in others it doesn’t. This led to the development of the HR Coach Strategic Action Framework.

The HR Coach Research institute established the STAR Workplace Review committee in 2008 to analyse the trends, pressures and results arising from the STAR Workplace Data.  The committee includes thought leaders in Human Resources and leading Academics.

The results from STAR Workplace have been used as the basis for a landmark research paper, published in an international A class journal – International Small Business Journal.  “Employment systems in small firms:  A multilevel analysis” was launched at the HR Coach Conference in 2011.

The STAR Workplace data has enabled participants of the STAR Workplace Program to benchmark their own performance improvement strategies to other organisations.  This rich data source enables benchmarking to low, medium and high performing workplaces.
